Here is what I have done.

I ran the mc2xml program but when I try to grab the file using the XMLTV plugin. I can not import the data because the .dtd file is not found even though the file is in my c:/epg folder along with my tvguide.xml file. So no channels are imported.

I used the partial match and some more listings showed but CBS and ABC did not.
