Its been that way since day one of the skin, and nobody has really noticed (or was bothered enough by it to post).  But if there is enough demand for a change, i'll go back and change all of the xml affected.  The trade off is that when a change is made, a file is added to the default set or an error is found, its going to take a little longer to do an update.</blockquote>
