Here's the remote I have, it came with my tuner.

On the bottom of the IR receiver it says SMK. I'll be posting the log as you asked me to do in a little bit.

FYI, I also tried the 4-22 build that you suggested someone use earlier in this thread, and that worked for me.

Additionally, I always start MP with mptray, by hitting the green button.
