MCE Remote with Blaster (1 Viewer)

Does the auto setup program setup the MCE Remote AND IR Blaster?

What I am basically asking is if the setup program is like the VMC setup program in that when I am done, I can watch television and use my VMC remote to change the channels on my set top box?

    No, you have to install and configure additional plugin's manually....the process on doing this depends on if you use TV2 or TV-Server....a lot of things in MediaPortal is manual-config, and will take a bit of effort to get it working...
