I assume you have the "Additional 3rd Party checks" set from within MePo config?

Manually check the ehtray.exe process is not running.

And when you say "home" button you mean the MS "Green button" sometimes called "start", the one with the windows logo ? (just covering all bases)

It was working on a different machine. It's only since I bought a new pc and did a clean install this has happened. I just assumed I'd done something wrong. Would you mind explaining how I post my system specs please, I haven't got a clue sorry.

I have the "Additional 3rd Party checks" set, yes , I do mean the MS button with the windows logo. The only MP specific processes I can see running are MP & MPTray. I'm assuming you just mean to press control, Alt, Delete and look at processes?

Scroll up page, usercp is directly below home news and blogs, go into that and systems specs are listed there, joy is you only have to do it once
