I have a MCE remote made by HP.
It uses the same driver as theh microsoft model. "Microsoft eHome Infrared Transceiver"
It looks different from the microsoft version. but has all the same buttons.
Using Default Blue Two Skin
I run the latest MP cvs daily
since about 25 CVS's ago the "pictures" and "videos" buttons have stopped functioning partially. If I start MP(before I start tv or video playback) at t he Mp Home Screen, if I press either button nothing happends except sometimes it will move the selected option "My Videos, My TV, My Radio, etc" to the top most in the displayed list.
Several CVS's back when I pressed the Videos button for instance(while nothing is playing), at the Home Screen it would take me to the My Videos folders screen(except it was called "My Movies" back then, which is still evident in the configuration utility.) Same with the Pictures button. It used to take me to the pictures folder screen.
The Videos button does still perform one function. When a video is playing and I press the the big green button and goto the main screen with the small preview window in the bottom left corner, if I press the videos button it will go back to fullscreen video mode. So I know the button is functional. However the pictures button does nothing at all anymore. It used to at least take me to the pictures folders menu.
