Media Portal for sale on ebay! (1 Viewer)

I was a little disheartened to see this and this.
At least the second one has the decency to list that the software is open-source (which I believe that makes his listing OK in the eyes of GPL just so long as he's not making a profit on the distribution). The second one however doesn't even mention open-source or GPL. Is this something we should flag on Ebay?

If you know how to "flag" this, please feel free to. This isn't the first time this is on ebay and I am sure not the last. I think if you search on ebay on the MP forum, you will see what I am talking about.
