MediaPortal Version: 1.1.3
MediaPortal Skin: streamed MP latest
Windows Version: windows 7 64bit
CPU Type:
HDD: 500GB
Memory: 2GB
Motherboard:
Video Card: radeon ati 4300/4500 series
Video Card Driver:
Sound Card:
Sound Card AC3:
Sound Card Driver:
1. TV Card: hauppage 150 pvr

This was playing .mp4 files very well earlier. But after long time I started the system and upgraded it to 1.1.3. Now it is not playing .mp4 files only. When I play from media portal->videos. Blank screen comes and nothing happens.
When I see in task manager it says that media portal is "not responding" and I need to kill it.
Attached screen shots for reference. pllease help

Thanks for the screen shots, but the logs (captured in debug mode) would help more.

sorry for coming late again. I updated ffdshow and now its playing for 1 st second and then its hanging. Adding all logs from C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\log folder. Please let me know what's wrong. I am too desperate as I have many .mp4 files which stopped playing

The problem is right in the error log

2011-04-17 22:24:11.556045 [ERROR][MPMain(1)]: Failed filter: MPC - Video decoder not found MPC - Video decoder

same error in mediaportal.log, updating ffdshow wont help if you don't have MP set to use it.

I would suggest trying to reinstall MPC Video filter again and registering it or try a different filter.

    Or try SAF v6
