    Hi,

for TV card tipps we more infos, to give better advice. What input surch do you want to use:
    Analog: Antenna / Cable ?
    Digital: DVB-T / -S / -C ?

Do you want to have multituner?
Do you want to have radio? (Analog / Digital)
Do you want to use a CAM for PayTV?
Do you want to use HDTV?

    General suggestions from my side:
    Analog: Hauppauge PVR card (150 / 250 / 350 / 500)
    Digital: FireDTV- / FloppyDTV- S/C/T

    Flip.

    Hi,

there is still the question left which digital?
    DVB-T or only DVB-S?

You might consider a Hauppauge HVR-1300. A hybrid card for Analog and DVB-T (TV and Radio).

And yes, the Floppy/FireDTVs are expensive! But I learned, that you get much less trouble if you spend some bucks more. Especially if you look into the future. These cards have a CAM and will support HDTV. So you might stick with one of those babies for the next three or four years. Considering this, the price is quite ok.

My PVR 350 is also now about three years old and was expensive in the past. But I did not have much trouble with it. And it will work the next years too.

I do see many people here in the forum having trouble with noname cards. Manly because of bad driver support.

Just my two cents. I know that it can hurt to spend more money, but most of the time it is worth for computer parts.

    Thank's to all FlipGer
I look the dtvs-floppy and it's a very interesting product.
Yes it's a little bit expensive but you can use many different cam into the tv card, and for the future I have the hdtv support.
Probably I will buy this one for the sat system, and the Hauppauge hvr-1300 for the analog and digital system.
I have only one more question for you:
All hardware certificate MCE is supported from Media Portal?
    thank's and bye bye
    Bye Bye
