Here is a link from an issues raised in 2007 where some one is saying their MP has stopped doing this specific functionality and others also saying it has stopped doing it. <a href="https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/show-last-active-module-after-standby-hibernate-not-working.31396/" target="_blank">https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/show-last-active-module-after-standby-hibernate-not-working.31396/</a>Please read the reply by the MP developer group member called Gibman.  This appears to be what i'm after also.Now, before i rebuilt HTPC if i closed MP through say Alt F4 and then did a restart of the PC it would start MP up and put me right back into the full tv screen i was watching before i shut it down.I'm assuming that on a Alt F4, closes MP gracefully and records the last screen with i think ID =1.However during a go to sleep I'm not sure what happens.  When it wakes up it stops usually in the tv guide or the "TV on" windows.  And the tv on button is deselected.  What I think happens is that the TV services wasn't available yet so it couldn't witch to full tv screen.In regard to modifying the xml file.  Yes i did set the option as per the other links suggested fix.It actually came up with a "full screen" still of the last image that was on TV before i shut it down  when it came out of standby.Then it crashed.  This was the FolderDatabase3.db3 corruption.I tried fixing it with the sqlite.exe commands but with no luck so i just renamed it.That got it working again.Yes i have had the SQL lite corruption twice before.I've also had the guide not load.  But pressing the guide button on the remote a second time loads it.I've also had MP crash yet the service continue to run at least twice.  So no interface but the process is still running.I believe that this is the crash you mentioned.I am wondering if the system has been tested for stability on win8.1  64bit. asmy errors seem to be unrelated.Just of note I've run Windows Media player and VLC and other products and the system is rock solid.I hope i have answered all questions.  Please let me know if you need more logs or additional information.All help appreciated.</blockquote>
