Media Portal + Vista (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

For my next Media Portal build i am going to be installing on Vista.

I am creating a vLited installation and was wondering if there are any specific services/programs that i should not take out and would mean MP would slow down/hinder the experience?

EDIT:

For those that don't know what vLite is. Its like nLite but for Vista. It allows you to remove things from the Vista Operating system that you don't need before you install.

I've removed practically everything and now i am worried that it won't actually run Media Portal .

I don't think it's MP specific, but rather video driver specific that you you need to have .NET framework, so don't strip that out.

(I encountered this while installing either ATI or Nvdia driver)

since MP is a .NET application, it would be wise to actually install the Framework
