Media portal and Boxee...Media portal is skinnable, got some exclusive pluggin... but not enough... too many most wanted plugins is missing... if you check the Boxee library... they have a lot of WORKING plugins. Also the way to install it or browse it is so much simple... directly into the media center portal... you dont have to download it and install it manually like media portal. So this is a big + for Boxee. I dont know what is the upgrade that the media portal will do with the version 2 but they should think about this feature... Most of the time the plugins dont work with the latest version of the MP and its not written into the download section... so sometime the installation make your MP crash an unusable... With boxee your sure that the plugins will work and you dont have to play and copy file into you pc to install it... But boxee dont offer the possibility to add some skin... and a few plugins is not already available for boxee as it is for MP.
