MediaMVP close to the new sage hd extender (1 Viewer)

There is support for the Hauppauge MediaMVP in media portal I was wondering how hard it would be to add the new toy from sagetv there HD extenders, from what I've read its priced cheep and has lots of power for video up to 1080p
