[News] MediaPortal 1.1.2 RELEASED! (1 Viewer)

Didn't work very well for me After update from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 Mediaportal will not start. Start-up stops with errormessage:

TV plugin and Mediaportal don't have the same version
Please update the older component to the same version as the newer one
Mediaportal version 1.1.2.0
TV Plugin version 1.1.1.0
------

The installer however report the tv plugin to be at 1.1.2.0 and will not update again.
This happens on two very plain Windows XP machines (Dutch).

I'm not looking forward to spending my day reinstalling from scratch.. :-(

Already reported by others since the release. here's the dll dnld, just put it in your plugins/windows folder.

This problem is caused on some systems where this dll is "locked" and can not be replaced.
A fix for this is planed to come in 1.2.0.

I have an issue with recorded programs;

They are recorded properly but not visible as recorded in the MP display of recorded programs.

When I run the configuration program -> recording, they are listed as entries i am suggested to add but selecting Add will not add them for me.

Is this observed by someone else, or can I assume it's a local issue?

It's not that I believe this is the reason, but only to give the full picture: The only thing that isn't really vanilla on the MP TV server side is that I run the MP Web Interface by Big Kev with is obsolete by now. In order to have it record series, one needed to make a small tweak to the database.
