Mediaportal and EN50494 (Unicable) Support? (1 Viewer)

Hello all,

i have a Technisat Skystar S2 with WDM Drivers installed. I need Unicable Support from the DVB Player like in DVBViewer. Is there any Chance to get Unicable Support in the Mediaportal TV-Server in the Future?

Hope my English is not so bad ^^

As far I know Unicable is part of the Card - not MP. If the TV Card is supporting Unicable you need to set it there (the TV Card setup - frequenzy and Channel) - for MP it only a simple Tuner. I'm running Unicable via a digital devices DVB-S2 Card just fine.

MediaPortal does not directly support unicable. You need a TV-Card where this is done inside the drivers. Like Digital Devices. pur_berger correctly mentioned.
