Hi, I'm having af problem with my installation of Mediaportal. I think its either a driver or hardware issue. Whenever I put my HTPC in standby, the first and second times are fine. But the third time I do it, in "Live TV", it freezes, and I use task manager to try and restart the computer, and then BSOD, the computer crashes. It's always the third time it crashes.
Could it be a decoder issue of some sort. I use Nvidia purevideo for MCE, wihtout any problems.
That being said, if I run MCE, there are no issues. I've tried different video cards, diffrent HD-drives, uninstalling af RAID controller, soundcard etc. I've tried the newest SVN releases, powerschuduler and so on. I would love to have this issue solved, as I prefer MP insted of MCE.
Hope someone can help

as far back as i could remember, MP has always been finicky about standby with Video of any description playing, does this happen with standby from the Homescreen with nothing playing or has the problem gone.

Vista does seem to handle standby better than XP does, but whether it overcomes everyones standby issues with drivers at this moment is unknown.
