Mediaportal doesn't play TS files from my Humax iCord (1 Viewer)

Hi,
my Humax iCord HD Sat receiveer is connected via network to my htpc. I want moving pictures to list some of my films from my Humax iCord. This part is working. But I can't play the iCord movies with Moving pictures. You must know: the iCord firmware is based on Linux and the iCord movies have the file format M2TS (192Byte). With the MPC-HC (Media Player Classic) I can only play the iCord movies that are smaller than 4GB. But Mediaportal doesn't play theses files at all.

It would be great if someone can help me.

Try rename *.TS to *.MPG

Try rename *.TS to *.MPG

Or .mt2s like the format is. And make sure mt2s is enabled under extension mapping.

TS and MT2S are different formats and if TsReader is forced to play a MT2S file (by using wrong extension) it wont simply play it.

yes M2TS is enabled under extension mapping.
I can't rename the files because these files are located on the hard disc of my Humax iCord digital receiver. I'm sure that the Humax iCord records the files in the format M2TS (192 Byte). But the windows explorer shows these files with the extension TS. Maybe that's the reason why Mediaportal can't play the files. Is this the reason why the MPC-HC can't play the files too?
Does somebody know how I can manage to enable my htpc to play the Humax iCord files bigger than 4 GB? Did somebody already take a look in my Log file?

Basicly if you cannot rename the file -> not possible to play with MP since it is hardcoded to use internal TSReader filter for all TS files. And the Humax seems to use wrong file extension.
