MediaPortal Version: 1.0.2 MediaPortal Skin: StreamedMP 9.601 Windows Version: Windows XP prof SP 3 CPU Type: Core 2 Duo e6300 Memory: 2 GB Kingston DDR2 Motherboard: ASRock Dual-VSTA Video Card: Sapphire Radeon X1600 Video Card Driver: Newest Legacy Driver Sound Card: Realtek ALC888 Well with that out of the way theres just to add that i have installed the newest edition of K-Lite codec, which includes Halli Mediasplitter FFDShow and FFDAudio. Well it should include everything i need. Anyway when i start the computer and mediaportal starts to run i can watch somewhere between 20-40 minuts of video before mediaportal will freeze and stop to respond, i then have to ALT-CTRL-Delete my way out to the desktop, where i get a standard "Program has stopped working" message. I wondered if it could be heat, but every component inside the case is only warm, and speedfan tells me the system is 30-40ish celsius and the cpu are usually around 48 (the fan will automatic speed up if i reach 50). So im pretty lost to what the problem could be, i got the newest drivers for both VideoCard and Soundcard. An i should think DirectX downloaded directly from Microsoft.
