MediaPortal is such a great "community" (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I have been messing around with MediaPortal for a couple of weeks now. A couple of things that strike me the most so far, is the sense of "community" that is found amongst it's supporters. A second thing is just how much has been accomplished through such dedicated volunteers. It's just amazing what can be accomplished by driven, passionate, and committed people.
So, my experience has had some mixed results. I have seen enough, and alot of positives to keep me marching on, while also experiencing some perplexities. The perplexities have served to stretch me, but I can tell I am going to have to lean into the community to realize my hopes for MediaPortal. In the spirit of what is seen here, I hope to be able to give back a little myself.

Thanks for your thoughts, we always appreciate a users experience of both the forum and MediaPortal software, so if you do get stuck just ask, using a step by step approach to describe any problem, plus logs usually goes a long way into getting good help.
