MediaPortal on Car-PC display (1 Viewer)

I installed MediaPortal on my laptop, i use a small tv display on my car console.
The MediaPortal works fine, but the display is about 320 x 200 then some fonts are difficult to visualize.
There is any skin 320 x 200 or tool to resolve this

There aren't any 320x200 specific skins unfortunately. They're divided up into 4:3 ratios and 16:9 ratios.
