Well I'm new on this forum and I have a big question. I have a MCE up and running with Vista 32b and a Digital Everywhere FloppyDTV-s2 which is working great with Windows MCE!
The reason that I'm looking for MediaPortal is that MP can play HDTV if I'm right, vista mce can't. And I like it that MP offers more options/skins etc..
Installing MP RC1.0 was simple and installing my FloppyDTV was not an problem within MP. MP recognises the card and enabled it automatic.
THE QUESTION IS ABOUT SEARCHING CHANNELS;
Now I want to search channels for DVB-s for my country (Holland). It's on 'Astra 19.2 East'. So simple with windows mce but not with MediaPortal. It's a shame..
Ofcourse I installed the BDA Drivers needed for MP, it comes standard with the card.
So can I find anywhere information about how to do this? And grabbing the epg?
