I have the same problem... Since a few builds. I changed the setting to .mpg instead of .ts files. So I can still record shows and watch them until the issu is fixed... I already posted this problem for another build, but no one bothered to look at it...

I also can't play any .ts files, rename to mkv and they work but I have way too many ts files and this is NOT a solution, what's the problem?

Unfortunately something in this build doesn't let me detect my HDHomeRun. I edited the CaptureCardDefinitions.xml file like previously because the update removed it as normal. However when I went in to reconfigure everything it said capture cards not detected.

I had tried to svn because I was crashing on Auto Scanning of TV Channels. I've reverted back to the 2.3.0 final build and everything seems to work fine now. Don't know what caused the problem.

u need to asscociate .ts files with windows media player..i had same issue..that fixed my issue

aah thanks, but now I can't have my ts files associated with MPC.. but I guess I rather be able to play ts files in MP..

btw.. that didn't seem to help anything at all :/ still getting the black screen for a split second then I'm back in the filebrowser..
