Changing the audio codec from cyberlink to mpa decoder filter also solved my tv problem (no picture),

I'm still getting "Unknown error occurred" with my Hauppage WinTV TvTuner...
Below the error.log data. I've also got ChrisTV installed which works perfectly fine!

video playback is not working

Sorry, no logs here. Just thought to post, as i know that this is a common problem and someone else might be wondering if it's fixed already.

You still need to post a bit more, even just system specs.
This SVN works great for a lot of people, so the only way to pin point where the faults lie is to find similarities within the hardware or countries.

This may be an issue for all people trying to decode DTV in a certain country or maybe just people with a certain chipset.

For me (and it seems most Australians) this latest SVN is the best. Great work guys

Although I've expressed my enthusiasm with the present SVN, I have more lock-ups and crashes than I have had with previous snapshots. When the signal becomes unstable, or I cross a channel, when changing channels, which has dropped or been degraded, I immediately get the "and must close" message on my system.

I know I must replace my medium range antenna (which where adequate for analog reception) with long range antenna for proper ATSC reception, being that I'm at the limit of the medium range antenna for digital reception, but MP seems a bit more touchy now. It is unpredictable when it might occur, but if MP could sense that it has lost an integrated signal (not even sure it is possible) and temporarily suspend that channel until the signal stabilizes or switch to the next available channel with a message about the stability of the channel skipped.... Well, I understand and appreciate that the inner workings of MP are complex.

I have seen the "No Signal" message before, and MP seemed to handle it well, but it has been a few snapshots back since it last popped up.

Not a complaint, just a heads-up. Since much of the issue, I think, needs to be fixed on my end of things.

TsReader - Re-register - How do you do this?

Hi!

When I enter MyTV in MP the EPG loads fine but the video screen stays black. I can change channels but no picture at all. This was working ~2 weeks ago until I updated to today's SVN.

I re-registered TsReader.ax, I also did the dvbfix again.
Please see my logs attached.

how did you re-register TsReader.ax ?

I'm having probs with this rev (refer my post below) After upgrading to this Rev, I can't Preview any TV Channels on the Server. The Preview popup screen doesn't even show, the system just sits there and doesn't do anything. I'm also having problems scanning DVB channels. I have a Nova T 500 dual tuner card. I've found if I disable 1 channel I'm able to scan channels with the remaining tuner.

I'm wondering if TsReader.ax has something to do with the issue (per comments made in prev posts)
