@all please install .net framework 3

either ::download:: it or use windowsupdate.

because of EVR support the dshowhelper has dependancies to evr.dll and dxav2 which come with .net framework 3.

please report back after that.

Hi,

Yep .net V3 fixed it for me too.

However, the trailers still won't play. I can search them and browse through the available trailers and clips etc but when you select to play the trailer it won't play. Error log says remote server not found (404). It will play trailer clips though. Any ideas?

It used to work fine. Also, the Music videos plays online content ok too, so don't think this is anything to do with my setup/pc.
