mayby i understood something wrong? there are 2 options in the mp-setup. 
i checked option 1 and i hoped that mp waits until the tv-server starts. 
but it dosn't. so i tried option 2 and set it up to 30 sec (or 20, 40...). 
pressed ok in mp-setup. open mp-setup again to verify the settings... and: the default time (0 sec) is displayed.

The settings isn't read when reoping, but the value it's saved & used.

Here´s the complete log. Today MP didn´t crash but the bug with pressing the button twice to stop recording appeared - have a lock at

It only appears on "Serie" - not on single added scheduled timer recording via EPG. And remember: I did not press the button "start/stop recording" twice!

I have to do some more recording this evening - maybe I´ll be able to post another short log with the crash bug posted before.

i just:

1. installed MediaPortal 0.2.3.0 RC1
2. applied latest svn build
3. run scan on Astra 19.2°E with Skystar2
4. enabled EPG grabbing on dvb
5. started MediaPortal
6. waited 5 minutes

and EPG.log

so it seems that i can not confirm this issue.
or werent you talking about TVE2 ?

I can see no EPG with this build (with TVE3). I have the same problem as described above.
