MediaPotral Freezes (1 Viewer)

I have installed the latest version of MediaPortal on a computer with an elitegroup mb with an Intel core 2 duo E4400 cpu and 1 gig of ram. I have a Dvico HDTV Gold 5 pci capture card. When I start MediaPortal I get the blue curtain screen but it then freezes. What is the most probable case.

There are many possible causes - too many to guess about. If you want our help then we're going to need more information. Please could you post your log files:

Follow the instructions for reproducible problems. If you are not able to follow those instructions for whatever reason:

1. Open MediaPortal configuration.
2. Select "open log directory" in the top left hand corner.
3. Zip up all the files in that folder
4. Post the zip file here.
