"menu bob" effect (1 Viewer)

how do you enable the "menu bob" effect on the GUI menus (you know where the highlight moves up and down and kind of bounces into place)

at the moment the highlight stays static and the options move behind it.

i tried disabled and enabling "enable animation" but that didn't do it.

i've turned it on before but can't remember how i did it.

edit the home plugin's option and unset "fix scrollbar"

hmmm... "fix scrollbar" is already unticked

so i left it the way it was and closed config, went back into MP and the effect is now turned on. seems like it only enables itself after going into the home settings and saving them (even though no changes were made)

anyway.. it's now working
