The Topbar plugin, I assume, is the bar that appears at the top of a page and contains the back button, and VCR style controls etc.&nbsp; I want it to pop up at the top of all screens when I move the mouse there, then hide itself when the mouse is moved away, but its behaviour seems inconsistent across screens and skins and I can't configure it to do exactly what I want.[/img]</blockquote>
