I've been reading in the forums here for a couple of days and seem to be finding contradicting info. I think it's a version issue..

In an instruction package in the plugins downloads section on "How to get FM radio working in Mediaportal", the author shows screen shots of the Home Plugin Config Menus. In the second (right) tab labeled Menu Structure, there's a fairly comprehensive set of options including Use MyPlugins (2-level home screen) and Use Menus (custom menus).

I don't get the same screen at all. My screen called Menu Setup (not Menu Structure) is rather simple with only the ability to move items up and down.

Either I'm missing an update or plugin, or this customizable menu feature was cut out - to the detriment of the product.

If this feature was cut out, is it possible to download old versions?

Thanks for any help in figuring this out.

I cannot answer this because I never used FM-Radio but why don't you ask your question in the respective thread ?

    Hi BrunoB,

Yes the feature was left out du to some issues in the code. The next generation (MP 2) will again have fully customizable menu structure.

As I recall the "FM Radio" description is basically a workaround to start some external programs and is not working with the current versions anymore. I would not suggest going back to that state of the program, support would always be along the line "try the current version first"...
