I think MePoTools should always store what artist.list.position.name, if it is interrupted.  It should always start at that artist.list.positon.name (even if you restart mepo tools).  If that artist does not exist in database then reset to start.  If MePoTools gets to the end of the artist list then reset to start. 3.
