If you are running a multiseat environment with several MePo clients (MePo-client itself, MPextended client) you can't suspend the htpc that hosts the tv-server at every time.
If another client uses the tv-server the powerscheduler prohibits such actions. Thats fine of course.
But there is no message to the user who is willing to suspend the htpc. This can lead to maloperations if the user is not aware that another user is using the server or that this is a feature and not a bug.

A message to the user "another client <client name> uses this server, suspend not possible" could solve this problem.

  • About The Project

The vision of the MediaPortal project is to create a free open source media centre application, which supports all advanced media centre functions, and is accessible to all Windows users.

In reaching this goal we are working every day to make sure our software is one of the best.

  • Support MediaPortal!

The team works very hard to make sure the community is running the best HTPC-software. We give away MediaPortal for free but hosting and software is not for us.

Care to support our work with a few bucks? We'd really appreciate it!
