Current version of plugin updated so it should be compatible with 1.3.0 version of MP. Just unzip and replace meteohr.dll in Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\plugins\Windows folder.
New version is still work in progress, I hope to add some new features, add Titan skin support and then release as MPEI package.

New version attached to this post, it's a test version. Hope that I made a good working installer.
Slightly reworked menus and GUI, added couple of things and removed HTV Video. Skins so far included are: DefaultWide, Titan and OnePortal.
