    unbelievable. trust me, microsoft is defintly going to patent oxygen, so noone will be allowed to breathe without paying for it....

    i'm out of words for the 2nd time (the first time was when microsoft did the same with the "dubbleclick"

    When did the MSN messenger plugin come about for MP, could be a case of prior art in which case MS's patent is bogus legally not just bogus. Used to be that a patent had to encompass a concept that was not obvious to an expert in the area, nowadays seems you can patent just about anything as proven by MS!
