No, thats what you do not want to do , this is in ffdshows config, so the chances are if you have not touched, then would not be enabled, which is good.Now back to remote, what make is it and what software is being used, ie it is showing in device manager as ehome receiver, so uses mce remote default settings, only asking as there is no "more" button on mce remote only "info"
