Microsoft Visual C# 2005 Express Edition (1 Viewer)

Can I use Microsoft Visual C# 2005 Express Edition to make plugins or would I have to have a full version of Visual Studio.

    Yes you can use Express, works fine.

    As far as I know you can not only build plugins but even MP itself with it.
