    Hi,
i managed to get aa perfect playback of video and tv, with not stutter or audio problems.

But, after every wakeup from hibernate, or suspend, the video is slightly stuttering. Continious stuttering, small, but visible and anyoing.

Restarting MP gives back a smooth replay.

Which logs could have an answer?

    thnx, sloty

    Hi sloty32
I can confirm that I have the same issue since a few months. It is definetly not codec related as I tried almost every codec combination and it only comes up in MP. All other players (zoomplayer, media player) work well after wake-up.
As a workaround I have installed PVR Scheduler which is able to close/start MP before/after standby/wakeup.

    Hi,
nice to hear that im not alone, bad one the solution. dont want to install another programm that is doing something MP can handle well, powermanagement.

seems a good solution would be ich mps powermanagement could handle to start a batch when the comp returns from standby/hibernate.

well, maybe i must have a look at pvr :(

    Hi sloty,

would be a good solution if MP would not stutter at all ;-). By the way PVR Scheduler is no freeware. But I also like the functionality to hibernate the system via remote control even if the TV is running or TV server is streaming. My wife just does not understand, why she is not able to power off the pc when obviously in the foreground nothing really happens.

Have you read this one https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/showthread.php?t=15459&highlight=stutter

    Ok, im trying this now:

    http://www.rpi.edu/~desimn/suspendtrigger/

    With a Autoitscript like this:

    if processexists("MediaPortal.exe") then
    processclose("MediaPortal.exe")
    else
    run("C:\Programme\Team
    MediaPortal\MediaPortal\MediaPortal.exe","","")
    endif

it seem to do what i want.
