i wondered if it is possible to enable/ include an option to quick select a channel by numeric remote keys inside the miniEPG?
The miniEPG vies normally have less than 9 listings and in my opinion it would be great to be able to select a channel by simply pressing the appropriate remote key. No need to use the up/down/left/right buttons anymore to select the channel you want to see. You could enter the miniguide by pressing "guide", change the sites with program up/down, page up/down and select the channel by pressing the numeric key. Would be great so my harmony one direction buttons will last longer
Is this already supported by skinengine and i only need to implement that into the skin or is a modification of the skinengine needed?
EDIT: Is it also possible to switch between views (listvies, thumbsview, coverflow...) by pressing a button? i tried different things inside the IRSS configuration but nothing worked
