[Approved] MiniDisplay One Line Optimization (4 Viewers)

I added code to the DisplayHandler of the MiniDisplayLibrary to also support display optimal that have only one line.
It merges 2 lines into 1 concatinated by " - ".
The patch was motivated by the display Shuttle PF27 that has only one line with 20 characters.
I also uploaded a MiniDisplayLibrary.dll. It contains this patch and the Shuttle PF27 patch.
The patch was tested with version 1.0.2. The dll can only be used with version 1.0.2.

Edit: forget it . If found the solution. The type had to be set to "COM1". This solved the problem.


This dll seems to activate the minidisplay for all other users, except for me

I have a Shuttle SG33G5M barebone and I use Media Portal version 1.0.2. I renamed the old dll and placed the MiniDisplayLibrary.dll from this topic in the right folder (C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal).

The test is working fine. The VFD display is showing "Minidisplay" for a couple of seconds. But in Media Portal the VFD display is showing:

When I play a song no song information is showing...

Minidisplay settings:

Type: shuttle PF27 VFD driver
Port: USB
Columns: 20
rows: 1
delay: 1

What am I doing wrong?

There is a dll for the 1.0.2 version of Mediaportal. I downloaded it, but I cannot find it anymore on this forum.
