Minimize to tray doesn't work in dx9 exclusive while tv is active (1 Viewer)

In exclusive mode minimizing to tray ("Minimize to tray on GUI exit" in general options set to true, then closing MP) doesn't work correctly while TV is playing. Instead of minimizing the window, the last MP screen stays on top. "Normal" non exclusive VMR9 works as expected.

My guess would be that the exclusive state has to be released before minimizing. If things are more complicated, automatically stopping any playing video before minimizing would be a helpful workaround.
