minimizing while listening to radio (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,
Ive had a search but cant find anything on this (although Im sure im not the first).
I like to listen to radio while using my pc for other things. How do i minimize (or even resize) MP to do this?
Thinking about it I also quite like having the TV picture to one side while using the pc (resized?)?

Alt + Enter changes between full screen mode and windowed mode. You can make MediaPortal start in windowed mode all the time by unchecking the 'start mediaportal in fullscreen' option in MediaPortal configuration (general settings I think). It is also possible to send MediaPortal to the task bar by minimising the window. TV will be paused until you restore the window [by double clicking on the icon in the system tray]; radio will continue to play...

ok guys, thanks for that but now everytime i go from windows and fullscreen MP freezes and can only be exited through task manager. Ive looked over the forum for a fix to what seems to be an ongoing problem but im just not tech savvy enough.

TBH, I only installed MP because of a glitch i have in media centre (64 bit windows 7), now I know you wont want to hear this but MP is much too glitchy for me to be using at the moment.

May be someone would be kind enough to help. I am getting distortion in media centre that stretches the pic to the corners, picture weirdly narrow down the middle and wildly distorted diagonally to the corners.

This only happens on recorded/live tv (epg, menus, media player and dvds fine, changing the playback picture settings ; normal, dynamic stretch etc dont effect it) doesnt happen on MP either so It must be a software issue between media centre and my tv card.

I would understand if you dont want to help but it would be greatly appreciated.

great project so far guys but as i said, im just not tech savvy enough for it at this stage. May be when the flakyness is sorted out I will buy it.

What version of MediaPortal are you using, and are you using any plugins (skins etc.)?
