Hello and welcome Phil Thanks for providing such a full summary - it really helps. :) TV Server doesn't have a higher threshold. Tuners don't really work that way... at least not with Windows. In other words, there is no threshold to adjust, and TV Server should find just as many channels as WMC. I could be wrong, but to me it looks like the tuner just stopped streaming to TV Server part way through the second scan. I mean, I see you did several scans today. You cancelled the first at physical channel 9 - zero channels found/updated. That is odd for a start. The second scan was the only scan that actually found channels - 11 channels in total - but it didn't find the channels it should have above physical channel 13. Further scans didn't find any channels at all. Three tips. Are you making sure that you're not attempting to use the tuner in any other software while you're using it in TV Server? WMC should be closed... and ideally disabled... while using the tuner in TV Server. If you use WMC, then you need to restart TV Server afterwards (TV Server configuration, manual control section, stop service... then start service). Tip 2, related to the first tip. When I say "attempting to use", I include the analog and clear QAM tuners as well. You probably know your tuner is a "hybrid" (multifunction) tuner. There is only one tuner, but it can operate in three different modes. Attempting to use the tuner in the clear QAM or analog modes while doing an ATSC scan in TV Server would not work well. One thing you could try that might help (and it looks like you found this already): the preferred network provider setting. http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_MEDIAPORTAL_1/141_Configuration/TV-Server_Configuration/02_TV_Servers#Edit_Tuner_Settings Default on Vista and newer is "generic". You seem to have selected "ATSC". "Generic" is actually the recommended choice unless your tuner doesn't work with that option. In other words, please do not choose "ATSC" just because your tuner is an ATSC tuner. Hope that helps, mm :)
