missing MediaPortal.Profile.Xml (1 Viewer)

Hi, just got this error:

(I'm working on stand by issues: mp will not wake up, so nothing is ever recorded).

I've done a search in the team media player directory (including hidden folders et cetera), but it really is not there.. any suggestions?

You really should attach all logs. Use MPTestTool found in Start -> menu.
Also attach HW and OS etc. See sticky: MediaPortal Forum - Announcements in Forum : Newcomers Forum

TheShark, PVR scheduler plugin it's a 3 party plugins so please post all problems over there, we don't have the source code for that so cannot help you.

ok, then can I ask you this: do I need to install pvr to have my computer wakeup? After doing research, I have the impression that mp has this ability itself (by means of integrated pvr), but maybe I am wrong and need to install both mp and pvr.

Hi,
You can use PowerScheduler plugin within MP, just enable it in MP Configuration -> Plugins -> PowerScheduler & right click + enable, right click & configure.
If you use TVE3 setup it's a bit different but you don't need pvr scheduler atleast i don't use it & here comp wakesup to do what it should & sleep 5 mins after it is finished.

Now i'll just try and find out what tve3 is ;-)
