Go to section OSD / Output and make sure all options are checked off under the &quot;Pass Through (S/PDIF, HDMI) section (5 total check boxes), hit OKAudio tab- &quot;2.0 speaker&quot; is checked, &quot;turn off pass-through (default)&quot; is checked and &quot;disable audio normilization (default) is checked.AVI tab- &quot;Use Microsoft's Splitter (default)&quot; is checkedH264 tab- &quot;FFDshow with multithreading (default)&quot; is checked, under h246 codec in DirectShow Players, &quot;use Microsoft codec&quot; is checked.MKV tab- &quot;use Gabest's splitter&quot; is checked and &quot;disable the DivX media foundation splitter&quot;.I didn't close the config after, seems to take effect in realtime.I was using &quot;The Matrix&quot; as my sample, when I first played, audio was smooth, as soon as pictures came up, it was stuttering like crazy.Now it plays smooth as silk, DTS MA is showing up on my Yamaha receiver.I don't know if this has been discussed many times before, I just thought I'd chime in, since I only learn from other people's posts, and from what I've read, codecs seem to be a hit and miss function.Thanks for your time, hope this helps someone out!</blockquote>
