MKV & OGM playback stuttering... (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have been experiencing playback stuttering and general glitchy playback issues with some mkv files and all ogm media files. They all start playing back but then it appears that the playback is sporadically slowing down and then returning to normal for a few secs then lags again.

I have all the correct divx, xvid, mkv & ogm codecs installed and the media files all playback correctly in windows media player, bs player and the core player but not with Media Portal.

Is there something i'm missing or is this a general bug in MP?

No, it is not.....it must be something odd about your installation.
