For some reason, i cant start mkv movies that contain subtitles. If i try to play a subtitled film using moving pictures, the screen will just freeze. I can still click 'stop' and carry on navigating around Moving Pictures so its not an MP crash (hence no logs), but it definately doesnt seem to handle subtitled mkv's.
I dont have Vobsub or anything like that installed just yet (ive only just finished an system OS upgrade so havent had time yet), so could that be the reason? or is there a native subtitle handler within MP that should work with mkv's?
