Modified 11-row EPG only showing 10 rows (2 Viewers)

Can anyone with more modding experience than me (i.e. any) figure out why my slightly modified 11-row EPG (attached) is only showing 10 rows of channels? Basically all I've done is shift things down to allow the addition of the genre key.
