monitor power saving after 20 minutes (1 Viewer)

I don't want to switch of the monitor after some minutes or hours, so I diabbled in the energy settings of the Windows system. When I enter in TV of MP it seems MP activate to switch of the monitor after 20 minutes in the windows settings

Is that a bug or is there any option to disable this function?
