Monitor Power saving kicks in when watching dvds (1 Viewer)

Hi,

dont know if its a bug or is there an option somewhere
but, when watching dvds, after preset time (in control panel>power>"turn off monitor") monitor enters power saving mode, as if theres no activity going on(gotta press a key or move a mouse to turn on again)
