I installed the new dll back in MP 1.6.0... noticed the discrepancy and put the original dll back, the issue went away... After I updated to MP 1.8.0, I could no longer open the old plugin from TV Server Config. When I copied in the new dll, I could open the plugin, but the TVDB numbering issue was back.

I confirmed that I have revision 50 (latest and greatest) from SVN. I've cleaned and rebuilt with the longer SD time. Try it out.

... still only getting the 2 digit episode number... not SxxExx
(Friends - 10 - The One With Russ)

I dropped the old dll in as a test, I still could not open it in TV Server Config, but it renamed the Series episode correctly
    (The Border - S03E01 - The Dead.ts)

will have to see if the old dll downloads guide data as it should (13 days) .... until a fully working replacement

The dll that I'm using is an older one.... last modified date is 3/17/2011. I haven't used any later versions. Would that be the reason you can't find the error?

Here is the one I'm using... I'm using a later TvdbLib (4/28/2012). I can't open this version in MP 1.8.0 TV Server Config. but it seems to have retained all the pertinent settings and working.

I have the new MP 1.8.0 final release along with SD 1.3.0.1
I went in and changed my SD from 3 days to 13
    The log shows
[2014-07-07 17:21:19,477] [Log ] [SchedulesDirect EPG Client] [INFO ] - UTC time is 7/7/2014 10:21:19 PM, local time is 7/7/2014 5:21:19 PM (DST is True)
    [2014-07-07 17:21:19,877] [Log ] [SchedulesDirect EPG Client] [INFO ] - Requesting 72 hours of program listings from [7/7/2014 5:21:19 PM] to [7/10/2014 5:21:19 PM]

So to this point is seems to have validated the original setting for 3 days Then It moved on to do the next 10 days

    [2014-07-07 17:21:55,862] [Log ] [SchedulesDirect EPG Client] [INFO ] - Requesting program listings from [7/10/2014 5:21:19 PM] to [7/20/2014 12:00:00 AM]

[2014-07-07 17:23:36,433] [Log ] [SchedulesDirect EPG Client] [INFO ] - Last program entry in database was 7/11/2014 6:00:00 AM, now 7/20/2014 6:00:00 AM

So if I read this correctly, I have 13 days of TV Guide

only the dlls in this thread (except for mine) allow the longer guide range. The mpei versions are the old 13 day range. I could get 21 days with the dlls in this thread (that's all I wanted).
