[Videos] More than 20 files (cds) under one movie. (1 Viewer)

When i have more than 20 files (cds) in one move there no stacking file choose dialog at all.
In the dialogFileStacking.xml (under particular skin) there hard coded definition for 20 CD's.
So when I'm trying to play the movie (if the option - continue for the stop is enabled) there no choose dialog is shown, cause System.NullReferenceException is thrown from :
at MediaPortal.GUI.Library.GUIWindow.OnMessage(GUIMessage message) in c:\My\Programming Projects\mediaportal\Core\guilib\GUIWindow.cs:line 1477
In GetControl method - cause much more files than controls.

Nope it doesn't look good with that many cd's over the screen, but i guess that means a rework, lets see whats comes out of it when someone has time to check it.

tourettes has fixed this issue(include centering of cd icons) in SVN, so next svn update will have it in, thx.

If you are on the 1.1.0 alpha version, you can get the weekly compiled SVN versions here.

Please remember it is an ALPHA version for TESTING purposes.
